Recovery

Spin - walnut creek 24hr - 6am
Run - Niketown - 630pm

Today was my first day back to training in 5 days -- I felt super lethargic and dead tired. SNOT EVERYWHERE. Spin went well -- save for the annoying instructor singing along and reminding everyone that country songs are good for climbing ... agree to disagree

I met two friends for a run with the niketown run club. 4.4 miles, went well .. felt better then i did at spin. The run went along the embarcadaro and the air was great. Cool, crisp, clean.

We had originally planned a swim after the run, but it didnt work out -- mostly because at 9pm my motivation had deteriorated into hunger
